Our Studio Opening Again
We are so excited to announce our studio will open again to the public starting on 5/11/2020. After a long time, we are able to service our community directly with a few precautions to maintain safety and social distancing.
You can see it all on the video above. We will continue to enforce safety norms, and our already high standards on cleanliness will continue to increase for the benefit of all our students.
Our goal is to come back to a normal feel of the classes, as well as maintaining a safe environment for all our members.
Operating hours will go as follows:
Mondays 2pm to 9pm
Tuesdays 2pm to 9pm
Wednesdays 2pm to 9pm
Thursdays 2pm to 9pm
Fridays 4pm to 7pm
Saturdays 9am to 2pm
Sundays Closed

Attend Classes Online or at the Studio
Continue taking your sessions either online via Zoom or at the studio. We are limiting class sizes to accomodate for social distancing.
Clean Standards
We are suggesting you use wipes and hand sanitizer, different shoes when you come in than the ones you use to work out, and requesting you wash your hands constantly. Keep wearing a mask outside the dojo. Our instructors will follow the same rules.

If you are already a member of our studio, let us know and you will be upgraded to the Ultimate level with access to all resources.
