Board Breaking Competition. This competition is meant for all ages. We use light wooden boards and re-breakable boards. For the little ones we do a few rounds of board breaking with arms or feet. For the 7 year old + we include “stacked boards”. Meaning one on top of the other until we find the person who can break the most amount.
